Captain Mike

Captain Mike plays guitar and harmonica, sings, and provides the beat with his feet on his porchboard floor bass.  Home base being Cincinnati, frequent club dates keep him busy. In recent years the Captain has expanded his horizons, to the east as far as the Outer Banks of North Carolina (Ocracoke Island), south to the  Gulf Coast (Panama City Fla.), even farther south to Key West,  Put-in-Bay on the "North Coast" (Lake Erie), and way out west in Lawrenceburg Indiana.  Performances include parties, weddings, Church Festivals, and other outdoor events, including: Cincinnati's Riverfest, Taste of Cincinnati, The Party on the Hill, Cheviot's WestFest, ParrotPalooza, The Kentucky Reggae Festival, and The Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon. 
   WEBN, Cincinnati's Rock-and-Roll station frequently plays the Captain's joke-of-the-day theme song entitled 'Shut Yer Yap'.  He has sung with Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band, has opened for the Guess Who, Shooting Star, and Todd Snider.
